First, I heard news of a devastating loss that someone else is enduring. The circumstances from start to finish, a span of 31 years, are heartbreaking.
Second, as much as I have been experiencing joint pain relief because of a new natural supplement, stress is keeping my 'number' from moving in the proper direction and it went back up, again.
And third, my friend was finally clinically diagnosed with memory problems and that will lead to the eventual reality that she won't have a clue who I am.
